Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Cyprus only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard Shipping is priced at 4 euros for all orders below 20kg.
Order processing:

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer (we’ll notify you if so).
Delivery times:

Typical delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on area and courier routes.

Remote areas may take longer than central areas.
Tracking:

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link/number by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Packaging & product care:

We pack products to minimize leaks, breakage, and contamination during transit.

Fragrance oils and liquids are sealed and protected; please store them upright and away from heat and light upon delivery.
Address accuracy & failed delivery:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery details.

If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, you may be charged for re-shipping.
Damaged or missing items:
-
Inspect your parcel on arrival.

If something arrives damaged, leaking, or missing, contact us within 24 hours with: order number, photos of the outer box + label, photos of the damaged item(s) and inner packaging.

We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the case).

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns but we’re also strict where safety/hygiene is involved.
Change of mind (consumer orders):

If you’re buying as a consumer, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be:

unused
-
unopened / seal intact
-
in original packaging
-
in resalable condition (no wax contamination, no spills, no labels removed)

For safety/hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do NOT accept returns of:

opened fragrance oils / liquids
-
items that were used, poured, tested, or contaminated
-
custom-prepared or special-order items (if you offer these)
-
clearance/discounted items marked as final sale (if you choose to apply this)
Damaged, leaking, wrong item, or defective:
-
If we made a mistake (wrong item/quantity) or something arrived damaged/leaking/defective, we’ll cover it.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number (same requirements as in the Shipping section).
How to request a return:

Email info@waxologyhub.com or Instagram DM @wa with: order number + reason + photos (if relevant).

We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address.

Ship the return within 7 days of approval.
Return shipping costs:
-
Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
-
Wrong/damaged/defective: Waxology Hub covers return shipping or provides a solution without return when appropriate.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within [5–10] business days to the original payment method.

If the returned items are opened/used/contaminated or not in acceptable condition, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
Business (B2B) orders:

B2B orders are handled case-by-case. Change-of-mind returns may be declined if items are not resalable or if they are chemical/liquid products.
